Will I receive tracking information for my package?
Yes. Within 24 to 48 hours of your order clearing our 1-3 day handling cycle, an automated shipment confirmation email containing a unique digital tracking number and a direct transit monitoring hyperlink will be dispatched to your registered inbox.

How do I start a return, and who pays for the shipping?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned parcel is delivered back to our facility and completes a standard 2-day inspection check, your refund will be formally authorized. Borava guarantees that all approved credits are finalized and refunded to your original payment method within 10 days.
